Friday 4th February saw the 16th Autism Social group, part of the Autism Advocacy project. We had 3 people attend which included a couple of apologies. We started another planning session today for what we wanted out of the group and a few people expressed an interest in the podcast that is getting put together. We had our volunteer Natascha and a member Siobhan come in and talk about it with the group, and the three attendees all agreed to take part. It was a good session with people giving really good ideas around the creative writing and wanting to do a comedy sketch around the Covid restrictions and how it affected people with Autism. People engaged well and we had fun playing with some ideas. For further information and details on where the group is held please see attached flyer.
