After working on the Spire Hospital Journey, the members of the Health Matters project felt inspired to advocate for all those attending hospitals.

The discusses on the improvements that Spire needed to make led to people sharing their stories of good and bad experiences within hospitals. This inspired the group to put together a document of the ideal journey of a patient that offered support from the beginning to the end of their trip.

The members designed the road from receiving the news they would be attending an appointment all the way to the aftercare and discharge.

This is a document that the group are very proud of and would love to share with any health professional that feels it would benefit their practice.
