Over the last 3 weeks we have had 2 students (Sophie and Natascha) with us on placement from Liverpool Hope University.

As Friday was their last day with us, we spent the afternoon getting feedback from them about their time with us. It is really important that we do this so we can continue improving as an organisation.

This is what they told us:

“We have really enjoyed our time with you all, we have learnt so much. You are like one big family. You are so organised and have something going on everyday.”

“I was nervous before I started the placement because I knew everything would be on Zoom but as soon as I started on the first day, I felt like I was part of the organisation.”

“Your Zoom meetings are so different to the ones we have at university. You all ask how each other are and you all ask how we are. It has been a lovely experience to see the community that you have here.”

“It has been a valuable placement with you all. Our university course is theory based so getting to talk to all of you and to hear your experiences helps us to see that what is learn is actually happening in real life.”

We all really enjoyed having Sophie and Natascha with us, Jade and Jayne made them short videos to say thank you for being on placement with us and to wish them luck in their future.
