On Monday we welcomed our members back to the office after two weeks off, refreshed and ready to do some work.

We started the week with a diary meeting led by Emma. Then we moved on to filling in the monthly journals to help us monitor the learning and progress we are making in the ‘Back to basics’ project.

On Tuesday we drafted some realistic role-play scenarios for telephone training sessions. We will practice making potentially difficult phone calls to the GP, emergency services, DWP etc and professionally answering the telephone at the office.
