This week we continued with the telephone training through role-playing. Our members Emma, Jade, Phil and Robert prepared a few scenarios: reporting a scam to the bank, phoning the GP for an annual health check, report a hate crime to the Police and book a coach for a day out.

We started Tuesday’s session with a diary meeting which was led by Emma. Now that we are back in the office, it is important to get back into the habit of updating our diaries regularly.

The next diary meeting will be on Tuesday, 24th August at 1 PM.
