This week was session 9 of our Bootle Sing and Sign Choir with Helen Andrews.

This week the group tackled “This Is Me”, “True Colours”, “Electricty”, “Wherever You Are” and “Angels”.

Helen Andrews explains what the songs are about about and why we use particular British Sign Language (BSL) signs.

The group also talked about practicing the songs at home.

Lisa Frith said, “I enjoy Sing and Sign. We’ve come on a lot more with it and you can see a real improvement in the group”.

Jessica Steers said, “It was great today, I learnt a lot. I like all of the different songs and today I really liked Angels by Robbie Williams”.

Paul Bullen said, “Sing and Sign was fantastic today. I enjoyed myself and I really got stuck in”.
