A few weeks ago, the Health Matters project visited the Brain Charity!

The Brain Charity has an amazing, accessible gym facility that is free to use for people with a neurological condition as well as their carers. We visited their gym facility to find our more and play Boccia! Boccia is a specialised disability sport that requires players to throw or release balls towards a designated target ball.

The members had a lot of fun playing Boccia and we were sure to book back in with Scott who runs the gym so that we could play again soon.
