People First Merseyside is a user-led organisation for people with a learning disability. We are looking to appoint an experienced Business Administrator to work 28 hours per week in our Head Office in Bootle to carry out a range of administrative tasks including financial administration and book keeping, petty cash management, data input and report writing and general office administration.
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude towards people with learning disabilities who is well organised, able to meet deadlines and work accurately and efficiently. You will need to have good numeracy and literacy skills and experience of administration work, excel spreadsheets and report writing. Experience of a computerised accounting package is desirable, as is knowledge of Quickbooks.
