Katrina said “I can’t believe I’m on the front cover, I feel really proud. We had a great day that day at Oakfield and we had to do postcards and I said if I was a politician I would want to stop people going to war again and I ‘d want all the army people to come back safe.”
Postcards from the Edges is a project that United Response have been running since 2013 to enable people with a disability to express what matters most to them by decorating postcards with artwork, poetry, stories or messages to reach out to the Government so people’s opinions can be heard and shape future legislation.
Well done to everyone who was involved and a HUGE THANK YOU to Oakfield and United Response for inviting us to get involved.
